EMPACT is the political action committee of the Texas Public Employees Association (TPEA). For 45 years, EMPACT has given us the power to magnify our voice at the capitol.

Donations to the Texas Public Employees Association Political Action Committee (EMPACT) are voluntary and are used for political purposes.
